I went yo ugly bagel this morning, for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. The place of business was soo cute, clean and very modern! I was greeted with joy and happiness, which seems like a long shot these days! Everything was played out nicely showing the types of bagels and cream cheese, so if there was any questions about what it looks like, the presentation was there. They serve sandwich style bagels as well so if you want a warm breakfast or lunch, on the go, this place is perfect! I had a everything bagel with ham,bacon, egg and cheese. The bagel was Amazing and hit the spot! Thank you Ugly Bagel for your kindness and great bagels! I will be returning soon!

This team at Franklin ROCKS! I ordered for pick up and accidentally sent it to the Nashville location 😭 all of the employees were SUPER understanding and nice and they made me my bagels anyways! Kindness like that goes such a long way! Thank you, ugly bagel Franklin!! I love your bagels!
